Welcome to our Fort Myers Beach Vacation Rentals, Your home away from home. Royal Palm at The Island Hideaway Oasis, our newest property located directly across the street from our Island Hideaway Property is now ready for bookings! Main property has pool and hot tub you are invited to enjoy a nice swim, after beach hot tub or just lay by the pool to soak in rays. Social fire pit is enjoyed by many after a day at the beach, bring a cocktail and join in on the fun.
Royal Palm is two bedroom one bathroom ground floor unit, newly remodled and decorated, new flooring, furnishings. Living room French door leads directly out to the social fire pit area. Both bedrooms has a large pillowtop king bed with comfy linens and comforters.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower combo and of course bathroom linens are provided.
The living room has a flat screen TV, large sectional and extra chairs for seating. The living room is open to the kitchen with a dinette table that seats 4. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, pots and pans, utensils, dishes etc.
There is a outdoor social firepit to relax and get to know your neighbors. Several charcoal BarBQ Grills, and of course the pool/hot tub at Island Hideaway is available for your use. We have a private beach access less than 2 minute walk from your front door.

Owner Policy
Reservations are non cancel. We recommend trip interuption insurance for your protection. We personally use www.insuremytrip.com. They will give you quotes from several different companyies.
Holidays and special events inquire for rates. Max 4 persons included in rates.
1 assigned parking space per unit.
Some pets are accepted with prior approval. Pet fee is based on breed and weight of each pet.
Notes
*Double Occupancy per bedroom – Extra Guest is $30 per night must register all guest. Unregistered guest will be incurr fee of 50.00 per person per night to the billing card on file.
*Minimum 7 night Stay required Dec - April
*Minimum 2 night Stay required May-Dec 20, Some holidays may require 3/4 night minimum stay
*Holiday and Special Events are at Winter Rates/Call for pricing
*Cleaning $125.00 per stay
*Taxes 12.5%
*Pet’s considered with an additional fee. Unregistered pets will result in 250.00 fee to card on file 250.00 per pet.
*All units are non smoking. Any guest smoking in unit will incur a fee of 250.00 to card on file.
