Welcome to our Fort Myers Beach Vacation Rentals, Your home away from home.
One (1) bedroom,One (1) bathroom Suite is on the ground floor overlooking the commuity pool and hot tub area. It has recently been professionally but comfortably decorated with new furnishings and decor for your comfort, you will sink into the King size bed with bed linens found only in 5 start hotels, complete with comforters and pillows. We promise you one of the best night’s sleeps you will ever have away from home.
The rooms are decorated in fresh light grey, blue and white hues and each room is a retreat you will look forward to at the end of a day on the beach. The bedroom and living room has a sliding door which opens up to the pool/ hot tub and the kitchen slider opens to a screened in lanai, with both ends open the breeze will gently whisp you to sleep each night.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs, complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of space for entertainment. Making your stay in the “Starfish” one you’ll remember for years. We have a lemon and lime tree that are a treat for specialty drinks, coctails and cooking when they are in season.
The bathroom is a spa like retreat with a large walk in shower and waist height custom cabinets for comfort.
Extras include Barbeque grill and beach towels for your use while you stay with us. Getting around town: if you have not rented a car. NO PROBLEM. We have a trolley service that picks you up and carries you anywhere on the island for a nominal charge. Owner Policy
Reservations are non cancel. We recommend trip interuption insurance for your protection. We personally use www.insuremytrip.com. They will give you quotes from several different companyies.
1 assigned parking space per unit.
Some pets are accepted with prior approval. Pet fee is based on breed and weight of each pet.

*Double Occupancy – Extra Guest is $30 per night must register all guest. Unregistered guest will be incurr fee of 75.00 per person per night to the billing card on file.
*Minimum 7 night Stay required Dec - April
*Minimum 2 night Stay required May-Dec 20, Some holidays may require 3/4 night minimum stay

*Cleaning $250.00 per stay
